I have enjoyed it here - there are lots of good things about the site - but it did feel lonely a lot of the time.

hello, sorry matron been absent too long..
however my sony tablet has been returned as faulty so have to get refund befroe getting new machine for house..
anyone have experience of ipad 2?
am away on course mon and tues dearting tmro back weds

Yes it was indeed getting quieter and quieter on here 
Then again it had been getting very quiet on the old PC and I thought that we would just fizzle out if something wasn't done - hence the new site and all the new technology and new features . . . but it was not to be and the return to the old site has regenerated the interest that the new site couldn't.
Aa you will need to ask your question in the old Common Room - see post below as we have now all returned to the old site and this site will cease to be Purplecoo after the 31st Dec.

Think I will write my goodbye's in the new skool book by the back door as I leave, and to say in the book that a HUGE THANK YOU to our dear Headmistress the lovely Westerwitch for making the the new skool available for us. Sometimes change is a good thing, other times others just can't go along with it, So thanks again WW, for all that you have done for us, and for all your hard work. xx
